Terms of service
Prepared document. Operator details and legal review are still pending. This is not a certificate of legal compliance.
Service, account and limits
SitePulse checks services from its server and retains results according to plan. It does not guarantee instant detection of every incident or replace backups, security or critical supervision. Registration creates your workspace: ownership does not give platform administration rights. Protect your credentials and obtain authorization for monitored targets and form data.
Plans, pricing and contracting
Free: €0/month. Personal: €6/month. Business: €15/month. Prices are indicative until fiscal information and checkout are completed; the final euro total and taxes must be disclosed before payment. While checkout is off, plans are assigned manually. If enabled, payment is hosted by Stripe or PayPal and the plan is activated after verification.
Contracting consists of choosing a plan, reviewing amount and renewal, accepting these terms and authorizing payment with the provider. Correct your data before confirmation. The provider supplies a receipt; the operator must supply the applicable contractual confirmation and invoice. Opening checkout or returning to the website is never treated as proof of payment.
Renewal, changes and cancellation
Payment links must be configured as monthly subscriptions renewing until cancelled, with no additional minimum commitment. Cancel renewal in Stripe/PayPal or ask the operator before the next charge. Turning checkout off does not cancel existing subscriptions. Plan changes are coordinated with the administrator, not a second automatic subscription. Access remains through the paid period unless law or serious breach requires otherwise.
Downgrading to Free can delete technical history older than three days at the next cleanup; export what you need first. Quotas and conditions are disclosed before contracting. Essential changes are notified in advance without removing acquired rights.
Prohibited use and liability
Scams, phishing, spam, attacks, unauthorized third-party probes and requests for sensitive data are prohibited. Reported content and abusive accounts may be paused with documented reasons and a review contact where appropriate. Technical limitations do not exclude mandatory liabilities or warranties. Consumer rights prevail; no waiver of withdrawal or unlawful jurisdiction is imposed.
