Cancel renewal

Cancel future renewals with Stripe/PayPal or contact the operator at administrator@sitepulse.es. Include your SitePulse email and subscription reference, never full card numbers. The operator also handles email requests. Closing an account does not by itself cancel an external subscription.

Consumer withdrawal

Consumers contracting at a distance normally have 14 calendar days from contracting to withdraw without justification. No automatic waiver is imposed just because this is digital. Exceptions and consequences of starting service require their legal conditions; no blanket waiver applies here. See articles 102–108 of the Spanish Consumer Act.

The operator handles applicable refunds without undue delay and within legal deadlines. Claims about service defects, unauthorized charges or mandatory rights are not limited by this policy.
